Instant Coffee
Until now, instant coffee could always be distinguished from fresh-brewed, because in comparison, it tasted terrible. Most instant coffees are either freeze-dried or spray-dried, and the drying process degrades the flavor and aroma of the coffee extract. Pulse drying preserves both the flavor and aroma and thereby produces a cup of coffee that sometimes tastes even better than fresh-brewed. We have partnered with Everything Good, Inc. to develop and distribute this exciting product, and we are currently in production. Wholesale customers are being sought, and a retail version is being planned.
Agave Powder
Agave is becoming popular as a low-glycemic-index sweetener. (Table sugar GI is 100; some Agave's are as low as 18.) Due to its extreme sensitivity to heat and difficulty in drying, a powder form of Agave has not been available until now. Our product developers (using our pulse dryers) have created a sweet Agave powder for tabletop and food-manufacturing applications. We have partnered with Everything Good, Inc. to develop and distribute this exciting new product.
MannaFlax is a tasty, bioavailable flax product that is roasted to give it a nutty flavor, and milled to make it highly available to the digestive tract. The company has entered into an exclusive distribution arrangement with High Intensity Technologies, Inc. By June 1, on-line ordering of MannaFlax will be available.
